Registration Policy
Realtors - it is in your best interest to register your clients in advance of their initial visit to any Owen Roberts Builders home.
Without advance registration, agents must accompany their clients on their first visit to be eligible for any cooperating fees.
Failure to register a client before the initial visit, or to accompany a client on the initial visit, will result in the loss of eligibility for any cooperating commission.
Broker protection is valid for 90 days from the date of registration, unless otherwise specified by the builder.
If a prospect tours a property without a stated claim of buyer broker representation, no cooperating fee will be offered to any outside broker if said prospect purchases a property within 90 days of the first visit.
Realtors must provide accurate and complete information with registration, including:
Client Full Name(s)
Client Email Address
Client Phone Number
Community for which you are registering
